Our Passion

Through my wife’s battle with terminal breast cancer, I now know that many moms have either gone

through or are currently battling breast cancer. It is alarming to me that within a few mile radius of

where you are right now, you will find a mom or even moms who are battling breast cancer! As our

two children joined me in fighting alongside Janet for 50 months, we became painfully aware of what

it means to have to balance the “cancer life” with the “normal life.” My family understands what this

daily battle is like. It is a heartfelt desire of mine to help each child who must balance the “cancer life”

with the “normal life. “ My passion is to offer the opportunity to young athletes who may not, due to

financial difficulties, have the opportunity to participate in their love of sports because cancer has

become part of their daily routine. I want them to have the opportunity to have some fun in their day

as they deal with the realities of cancer within their own homes. With your donation, we can assist

those kids who may not otherwise have the opportunity to participate in youth sports. With your
